Standard Rental - The Sunshine Event Hall
When you book the Sunshine Event Hall, the standard booking fee is determined by the day of the week.
The Sunshine Event Hall is Available for Bookings 7-Days a Week;Â Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings
The Standard Booking Includes
- 5 hour rental period
- Tables and Chairs for up to 150 people
- 6 Side Tables for Food Service or Gifts
- Speakers with Wireless Microphone
- Free Parking
- On-site Bathrooms
- Use of Staging Area
- Event Host for the Duration of Event
$250 security deposit taken at time of rental agreement for damages and excessive cleaning fees.

Q: Can I serve Alcohol?
A: Yes. You must have a licensed and insured bartender managing your bar at all times.Â
Q: Can I come early to set up?
A: You can extend your rental period by purchasing additional time for set up and or take down time.
Q: Can my caterer or other vendors come early to set up or drop off equipment?
A: You can extend your rental period by purchasing additional time to acommodate for your vendors set up needs.
Q:Â Can you hold my decorations until the next day?
A:Â You must take all of your items and decorations with you at the end of your event.
Small Events 10-25 people
Our Sunbeam room is great for classroom style workshops, seminars and classes also ideal for on-going classes with our 3-month contracts.
Small Events 25-50 people
Book our Sunbeam room for smaller, more intimate events. Baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events.
Medium-Size Events 50-75 people
Spread out, get comfortable and mingle to your hearts delight in the large event hall at The Sunshine Event Center
Medium-Size Events 75-110 people
A lot of room in the event hall at The Sunshine Event Center to have all of the things you want to include for your next event.
Large-Size Events 110-150 people
Don’t want to cross any one off your guest list? You won’t have to when holding your event at The Sunshine Event Center.
