Standard One-Time Rental - The Sunbeam Room
When you book the Sunbeam Room, the standard booking fee is $699.00 for 5 hours
The Standard Booking Includes
- Tables and Chairs for up to 50 people (round or rectangular)
- 6 Side Tables for Food Service or Gifts
- Climate Control and Wi-Fi
- Free Parking
- On-site Bathrooms
- Event Host for the Duration of Event
$250 security deposit taken at time of rental agreement for damages and excessive cleaning fees.

Q: Can I serve Alcohol?
A: Yes. You must have a licensed and insured bartender managing your bar at all times.Â
Q: Can I come early to set up?
A: You can extend your rental period by purchasing additional time for set up and or take down time.
Q: Can my caterer or other vendors come early to set up or drop off equipment?
A: You can extend your rental period by purchasing additional time to acommodate for your vendors set up needs.
Q:Â Can you hold my decorations until the next day?
A:Â You must take all of your items and decorations with you at the end of your event.
